Supportive Housing
Located in Norfolk, Nebraska, our Supportive Housing offers individually tailored care in two different settings – Transitional Living for up to 12 weeks, and Supportive Housing for long-term residence.
Supportive Housing
Supportive, permanent housing for individuals identifying as in recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders. Residents have a lease in their name with full rights of tenancy under landlord-tenant law. Participation in services is voluntary and residents cannot be evicted for rejecting services. Residents may choose to have a roommate to offset the cost of rent and have additional support in the home.
- Referrals for optional outpatient services
- Coordination with services providers as needed
- Optional random drug and alcohol screening
- Assistance with learning skills conducive to independent living as needed
- Housing Specialist provides individual and group education services
- Certified Peer Support Specialists offer individual and group recovery services
