Job Title: Master’s Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Contract)
Location: Partial remote with monthly on-site requirement at The Well’s Family Therapy Location
Position Summary: The Well is looking for a committed Master’s Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance our behavioral health services. This contract role is crucial for conducting specialized behavioral assessments and overseeing the treatment protocols for individuals in our care. The BCBA will visit our family therapy location monthly to perform Functional Behavior Assessments and will manage additional responsibilities remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments monthly at The Well’s Family Therapy Location.
- Supervise and provide developmental support to Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Oversee and ensure the quality and effectiveness of treatment activities.
- Continually assess, update, and review treatment plans and progress notes.
- Conduct individual-specific discussions to customize treatment approaches.
- Perform regular assessments to evaluate progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Handle diagnosis, treatment planning, and issue-specific discussions as required.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Analysis, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Demonstrated expertise in behavioral analysis, particularly in Functional Behavior Assessments.
- Experience in supervising and guiding staff.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
Salary:
