Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable, including use of financial software like QuickBooks Online.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for the mission and work of the organization.
- Alignment with the agency’s core values.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable using inSync, CDS/EBS, and insurance portals.
- Submit timely and accurate billing claims for all programs.
- Follow up and ensure timely and accurate payments are received.
- Monitor insurance eligibility and ensure billing systems are up to date.
- Determine copays and deductible payments to be made.
- Ensure compliance with the No Surprises Act.
- Conduct credentialing and recredentialing activities for providers.
- Other tasks as directed.
Probationary Period: 6 months
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
