2024 Client Holiday Donation Drive

🎁Support The Well this Holiday Season!🎁

This year, The Well is asking our community for help with our Client Gift Items for our clients going through treatment in our Residential facilities this holiday season. Many of our clients come into services with very little, and we want to show them some extra care and warmth this winter. Your support will help us provide each client gifts to open up on Dec 25th to include:

• Full-size personal hygiene items
  • No aerosol products please
  • No products with “alcohol” listed in the ingredients
• A sturdy backpack
• Warm winter gear
• A cozy robe for those chilly Nebraska days

Here’s how you can help:

1. Shop our Amazon Wishlist: [CLICK HERE for Wishlist]
   Browse and purchase the items we need directly from our wishlist. Ship them directly to us!
2. Shop locally
   Purchase similar items that we have on our wishlist from a local store. Drop them off at one of two locations!
   • Outpatient Location: 1203 S 8th Street, Norfolk, NE [Box is in waiting room area.]
   • Admin Location: 1800 Pasewalk Ave, Norfolk, NE [Box is in front lobby of Futures Park.]
3. Make a Donation: [Donate Here!]
   If you prefer, you can donate funds, and we’ll use them to purchase any remaining items by December 19th.

Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us make the holidays a little brighter for our clients.

How what timeframe are you looking for donations?

• Our team will be “packing the bag” and putting all donations in backpacks during our Holiday Party on Dec 20th.
• We are looking for donations from now – Dec 19th.

How many residents do you have? 

• 32 Women
  • Women’s DDP House – 15
  • IR House – 7
  • Mommy & Me House – 10
• 9 Men
• We never know when a new admission could come in for the holiday season, so we ask for a few more extra items in case we do!

Is there anything I should keep in mind?

• We serve a diverse group of people. Personal care items for all types of hair and skin are welcome!

Are there specific hygiene items you need?

• Shampoo
• Conditioner
• Hand soap
• Body soap
• Toothbrushes
• Toothpaste
• Deodorant
• Pads/Tampons

Are there specific other items you need?

• New underwear 
• New socks
• New hats/gloves
• Like new bras
• Like new winter jackets
