Victoria Schneider, MA, MSE, is a Child and Family Counselor at The Well. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Visual Arts with a concentration in Art Therapy, as well as a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Victoria is passionate about helping children and families build confidence, strengthen communication, and create healthy relationships. She believes every child deserves to have their voice heard and strives to empower young people to discover their own strengths and independence. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, recognizing that supporting the whole family is an important part of helping children thrive.
Victoria was drawn to The Well because of its collaborative, whole-person approach to mental health and its commitment to helping families succeed. She values being part of a community that genuinely cares for one another and is excited to serve children and families in Northeast Nebraska.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys caring for her many indoor plants, listening to audiobooks, and trying new recipes in the kitchen. A lifelong Harry Potter fan, she’s listened to the audiobook series more times than she can count.
