Tabitha Lindahl is a Provisional Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (PLADC) with a deep-rooted passion for helping others. She has been a vital part of The Well’s team since 2016, beginning her journey as a recovery coach and later transitioning into a community support role before earning her PLADC certification through Northeast Community College. Tabitha also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Addiction from Purdue Global University, which strengthens her ability to support clients on their recovery journey.
For Tabitha, The Well is more than a workplace—it’s a place of transformation. She has witnessed firsthand the miracles that can happen when people are met with compassion, consistency, and care. Aligned with The Well’s mission, she believes fiercely in never giving up on people and creating a safe, accepting environment for everyone, regardless of their differences. Her work is driven by a commitment to showing up with empathy and offering hope, even in the hardest moments.
Outside of her professional role, Tabitha finds joy and balance through creative outlets and time spent outdoors. Whether she’s engaging in an artistic project or simply enjoying nature, she values these moments of expression and reflection. Her creative spirit adds warmth and connection to her work with clients, helping them tap into their own resilience and self-discovery.
A fun fact about Tabitha: she’s part of the rare 10% of the world’s population that’s left-handed! For her second “fun” photo, she chose a 60’s peace sign theme—an image that best represents her peaceful, open-hearted, and optimistic personality.
