Meet Stephanie Zepeda, a committed professional with credentials as a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). Over the course of nine years at The Well, Stephanie has worn various hats, starting as a Recovery Coach, then transitioning into a Case Manager for the Intermediate Residential program, and currently serving as a Women’s Dual Disorder Residential Counselor. Her extensive experience within the organization uniquely equips her to make a profound impact on those she serves.  Stephanie is also one of the few bilingual Counselors in the Norfolk area, speaking both English and Spanish fluently.

Stephanie’s ‘why’ in her work at The Well is driven by a desire to help those who may not have the ability to speak up for themselves. She is committed to providing education, empowerment, and support, particularly focusing on empowering women and assisting those in need. Stephanie’s dedication to making a positive impact aligns seamlessly with The Well’s mission, creating a dynamic synergy that fosters well-being and growth within the community.

Beyond her professional journey, Stephanie’s passion is deeply rooted in helping people. This commitment extends to her role at The Well, where she brings her dedication and expertise to empower individuals.
