Priscila Vinson, PLADC

She/Her

Counselor

Priscila has worked in the recovery field since 2019 and currently serves as an IOP counselor. She began her career as a residential technician and joined The Well in 2021 as a Recovery Coach while completing her Associate of Arts degree. She later completed her PLADC through Northeast Community College, including her internship at The Well, finishing both in May 2025. She began working as an IOP counselor in October 2025.

Priscila chose this work because the recovery field was the first place she felt fully accepted, both professionally and personally. With loved ones who have experienced mental health and substance use challenges, she is passionate about showing people that recovery is possible and worth it. She values helping individuals reclaim their present and future, reconnect with their families and communities, and build lives grounded in hope. She loves working at The Well for its meaningful work, supportive culture, and the ability to be fully herself.

Outside of work, Priscila enjoys reading books, comics, and manga, loves anime and heavy metal music, and tries to attend a few concerts each year. She enjoys road trips, proudly identifies as a dignified cat lady, and has three cats named Gene Simmons, Butters, and Mac. Halloween is her favorite holiday. 🎃
