Kelly DeSilva is a Provisional Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (PLADC) with a powerful story of personal transformation and a passion for uplifting others. She began her journey at The Well in 2022, first serving as a Recovery Coach and then as a Community Support Provider before stepping into her current role as an Outpatient Counselor. In August 2024, Kelly graduated with highest honors from Northeast Community College, an achievement that reflects her commitment to growth and excellence.
For Kelly, working at The Well is deeply personal. She credits the organization with saving her life and now uses her experience and training to help others see that recovery and success are possible. Her work is rooted in empathy, lived experience, and a genuine belief in the power of second chances. She aligns wholeheartedly with The Well’s mission of providing hope, compassion, and person-centered care.
Outside of work, Kelly’s greatest joy is being a mother to her three sons. She cherishes time spent in nature, where she finds peace and inspiration in the beauty of the world around her. Nature is where she reconnects with her purpose and passion.
A fun fact about Kelly: she’s a big fan of trivia games and loves testing her knowledge. For her second photo, she leaned into the spirit of joy and spontaneity, reminding us all to live life to the fullest and always make room for fun, because healing doesn’t mean losing your spark, it means learning how to shine again.
