Julie Hoadley has over 20 years of experience in Accounting, Payroll, and HR, primarily in nonprofit organizations, with about 12 of those years spent at The Well. Julie’s connection to The Well began in February 1999 and continued through June 2008, before returning to contribute her expertise once again. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in HR Management at Western Governors University and is preparing for the SHRM certification exam. Julie works diligently to advocate for team members while also ensuring the agency’s needs are met.

Her passion for The Well is rooted in empowering all individuals who access its services. She values being part of a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming environment where she can help both clients and staff thrive.

Outside of work, Julie treasures time with her family, especially her kids and grandkids. She loves reading and writing, exploring the outdoors, advocating for animals, and even singing for fun. Julie also has a talent for problem-solving and has been affectionately described by colleagues and her kids both that she has “Mom magic” for finding information and figuring out solutions.
