Emma Kavan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, along with an Associate of Applied Science in Business. At The Well, she brings her HR expertise to support staff in their professional development, helping ensure that the people who care for others are also cared for and empowered in their work.

Emma’s “why” is rooted in her belief that HR is all about helping others grow. At The Well, she finds extra meaning in that mission because her work directly supports a team dedicated to uplifting and empowering the community.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys researching her family genealogy and playing The Sims. Fun fact: she collects confetti from every concert she attends—it’s her own version of postcards!
