Elaine Stallbaum is a Case Manager at The Well with a background in Human Services. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Service and brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to the work she does each day. Elaine is driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people she serves and finds purpose in supporting others as they work toward their goals. She values being part of a team that shares a genuine commitment to helping individuals and families thrive.

Outside of work, Elaine comes from a large, close-knit family—she has seven brothers and three sisters—which has helped shape her strong sense of connection, support, and care for others.
