Daisy Paredes, BS, brings more than six years of leadership and supervisory experience, primarily in healthcare, to her role at The Well. She has managed staff and multiple departments, completed audits, led performance reviews, and overseen hiring processes. At The Well, she enjoys working collaboratively within the Outpatient department to ensure excellent client care.

Daisy plays an important role in supporting the Outpatient Department. She helps keep services running smoothly by assisting with processes, documentation, and communication across the team, all of which contribute to delivering high-quality care for clients accessing outpatient treatment.

Outside of work, Daisy is married with two young children and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. For her “fun photo,” she pictured herself either enjoying music with her headphones on or surrounded by shopping bags. Fun fact: Daisy is the youngest of four siblings and has always gone by her middle name.
