Becky Starkey is a Case Manager at The Well with over six years of experience serving individuals in the community. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Counseling and brings both dedication and heart to her work each day. Becky is especially passionate about supporting individuals in recovery and finds it incredibly rewarding to walk alongside people as they grow, heal, and move forward in their journeys. She appreciates being part of an organization whose mission and core values align so closely with her own.

Outside of work, Becky is a proud dog mom and loves spending time caring for and enjoying life with her pup.
