Mandi Allen, LIMHP

She/Her

Telehealth Counselor

Mandi is a licensed clinician who earned her Master of Science in Education in Community Counseling from Wayne State College in 2009 and has been licensed since 2012. She brings a wide range of experience to her work, including roles in an emergency youth shelter, hospital-based case management, and providing therapy to children, families, and adults. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and uses a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to support healing and growth.

Mandi chose this work because she believes every person has a purpose and that even small moments of encouragement and hope can make a meaningful difference. She enjoys working at The Well because its mission and commitment to person-centered care genuinely align with her heart for people and are lived out in everyday practice.

Outside of work, Mandi is a proud sports mom and self-described “chaos coordinator,” spending much of her time cheering on her kids at games and activities. She loves to have fun, isn’t afraid to break into song or quote a good movie, and believes that laughter is healing for the soul.
