Meet Kim Rech, a seasoned professional with an impressive array of credentials, including Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), and Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). Kim serves as a Women’s Dual Disorder Residential Counselor with a special emphasis on Trauma and Domestic Violence. Her expertise in these areas uniquely position her to provide comprehensive support to individuals navigating complex challenges.

Kim’s ‘why’ in her role at The Well is grounded in a profound belief in helping people learn how to empower themselves. Her dedication to empowerment aligns seamlessly with The Well’s mission, creating a harmonious synergy where healing and personal growth are nurtured through art, expertise, and a deep commitment to empowering individuals on their unique journeys.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kim turns to the arts for relaxation and rejuvenation during her downtime. Whether baking treats or crafting with stained glass and mosaics, Kim finds solace and joy in the creative process. For her second “fun” photo, Kim opted for a simple “Kim-expression” without additional context, allowing her personality to shine through.

 

Fun Fact: Kim has experience teaching English as a second language, highlighting her diverse background. Interestingly, English is the only language in which she is fluent.
